Telemarketer needed for the following project
Description of the project:
We are a specialty coffee importer serving new wave cafe roasters. We are importing for several different continents. Our main market to sell the raw beans is Germany, UK and Belgium.
At the beggining 20 hours weekly would be preferred.
80% of the companies speaks english. If someone is not, than mark that in the excel sheet and another representative will get in touch
Target audience:
Specialty cafe roasters, who dont buy coffee beans from big brands or from farms. They dont have the money to invest in a full container, so they buy a couple of palettes locally.
Usual working hours: 9am-18:00 pm CET. ( in the data sheet you will see the opening hours of each company)
Database:
We scrapped data from google maps. In each city, according to population there are 10-15 roasters. We already checked the websites one by one and filtered out the specialty roasters, to make a higher conversion rate possible for you.
Conversions, numbers based on our current experience.

Main target of the phone call:
Short intro of our company
Send a sample package of 3 different tastes by post, for a 1 eur verification payment ( so we have hard proof also about your work and also about that you reached a financial decision maker)
Gain information about them, even if they are not willing to sign a contract: What type do they sell, how much is their monthly volume, when their current contract will end if they have any.
Methods of work:
In order to have a fast workflow with the least necessary administration, you will start in google sheets. Call center software: Cloudtalk.
The companies who would like to ask for samples needed to be imported to Hubspot marketing automatization system. Our back office colleague will send out the intro emails. You only need to tag the calls when you hang up with a simple click.
The second phone call after the tasting pack arrived will be made by one of our sales colleagues who knows a lot about coffee, so he can manage the excuses. You only need to do the performance part at this stage.
