Description
Experience Level: Expert
Looking for a virtual admin with good experience in order fulfilment and International logistics to help with our after sales process. We are an IT company that supplies refurbished Printers, Point of sales terminals, Barcode Scanners, Card Machines, Servers, and Office IT equipment Globally.
The preferred candidate will have:
* Some idea about the type of products we sell and will be able to pick up on the products that we specialise in pretty quickly.
* They will have some good experience in International trade (especially within the EU and from UK to the EU), and will have some knowledge of customs, duties and taxes.
* Several years of admin and customer service experience.
* Experience using accounting software such as Xero, freshbooks and use of invoices and purchase orders.
* Experience using CRM, excel, outlook, etc.
Core duties include:
* Sales and purchase invoicing and order processing tasks
* Processing deliveries and collections through our courier account
* Chasing up delivery of orders to clients
* Dealing with customs and clearance across different countries
* Replying to emails and answering some calls
* CRM management and tidying of data
* Helping to create a system for order processing
We would require up to 20 Hours per week for this project. Some days will be busier than others and we hope that you will grow with our companies with the chance to earn more in 3-6 months.
We will pay £250 a month and we can increase this with time.
