We are a London-based data-driven media agency who is growing quickly and is now looking to expand the team. We are on a mission to create strong brands, by bringing together innovative businesses & data scientists, opinion leaders & creatives. We are growing fast and ready to expand the team.
We are looking for a tenacious, self-motivated Sales Executive. You will be responsible for introducing new clients to the agency and selling the service we offer from full marketing campaigns and branding through to video production and digital marketing, including web design and build to the more conventional graphic design services we provide. You will then be required to oversee these projects with the support of the experienced team already in place to completion, whilst continuing to manage a regular new business strategy.
Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with existing clients and cultivate new leads, representing the brand confidently at all times;
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media;
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations;
Maintain excellent understanding of all products;
Attending trade exhibitions and shows;
High-level focus on sales and reaching monthly targets whilst delivering an outstanding client experience;
Undertake any other duties and tasks which may be reasonably requested by management;
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team;
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role;
Proven experience working agency side in B2B sales;
Proven track record in reaching sales targets;
Exemplary communication skills and commercial awareness;
Excellent organisation skills and ability to work well under pressure;
High level of computer literacy, being proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and Gdrive;
Flexible approach and ‘can do’ attitude is essential;
Must be able to work under pressure to ensure that deadlines are met;
Should have an engaging personal presence;
Driven, confident and positive individual who loves new challenges. These are the characteristics you are known for;
Social media and Influencer Marketing is a part of your DNA;
Able to manage financial forecasting and budgets;
Absolute team-player & roll-up-your-sleeves attitude;
Proven experience in managing and leading a team;
