Description
Experience Level: Entry
Need someone with good Hibernate and spring boot experience to resolve some issues in a Java spring boot backend application.
I am looking for someone very good with Spring/Hibernate/Java. I am also looking for long term relationship.
Also I will reach out to you as and when I need help with bugs
Usually the tasks can be as below
1. Enhancement small and medium.
2. Minor help with concepts
3. Junit tests.
Usually my requirements are quite clear. But Sometimes like the task I am working on currently is a bit ambiguous. So in those cases I like to do a collaborative session and kinda figure out or brainstorm with you on the way to go about with it. So we come up a initial version and then improvise till we get the desired result.
I Value punctuality and openness, because at the end of the day I think we can help each other and not waste our time with trust issues.
This is the way I work
1. I give usually small chunk of tasks which can be easily achieved.
2. I provide my estimate as how much the task might take and you provide yours
3. We come to a common understanding on the ETA.
4. You start the task.
5. Once you are done based on the decided and estimated time we can have a quick review session.
6. If it makes you comfortable only share the code after you get the payment from me. :). We can do like this for the initial tasks. And once we get to know each other then can find a more comfortable approach.
7. I pay you
8. You share the code.
Below are the things that I really avoid so as to not my time and your time
1. Not showing up on the decided time and I keep waiting
2. You have taken up a task and then do not show up by the decided time.
3. No crisp and free flowing communication.
4. The end result of the task should be decent and successful if not perfect
