I would like to hire a freelancer to do the following work and write how he could manage it,
Freelancer to take care of following jobs.
The goal is that DANA to have :
1. Updated inventory daily
2. Committed stock for advance orders
3. Freed provide stock for sales
Freelancer to tell us one by one on each task:
1. he has done this before
2. he understands how to do it
3. he know how to work with zoho
4. he is ready to do data entry and follow ups
Sales Order/Invoices- Schenker (warehouse 2)
1. Dana Team to book SO based on Customer PO
2. Dana Team to send SO to Schenker (warehouse 2) for dispatch of order
3. Freelancer- each day- to check Schenker (warehouse 2) online platform dispatch notices with quantities and SKU details
4. Freelancer to book invoice based on the list item 2
5. Freelancer to highlight if there is discrepancy between SO and goods dispatched from Schenker (warehouse 2)

Sales Order/Invoices—loading from Solbritt – factory (warehouse 1)
1. Dana Team sends loading instruction to Solbritt – factory (warehouse 1)
2. Freelancer- to get loading packing list from DANA staff
3. Freelancer to book invoice based on the list item 2
4. Freelancer to highlight if there is discrepancy between SO and goods dispatched from Schenker (warehouse 2)
Vendor Bills (inventory added to our warehouse from vendors / factories)
1. Dana team to book PO in ZOHO
2. Factory finish production issue vendor bill and dispatch goods to Schenker (warehouse 2)
3. Freelancer- each day- to check Schenker (warehouse 2) online platform arrival notice of goods
4. Freelancer to book vendor Bill based on above documents as on the date of Receipt Note
5. Freelancer to highlight if there is discrepancy between PO, factory bill and goods received into Schenker (warehouse 2)
Transfer Orders- from Solbritt (warehouse 1) to Schenker (warehouse 2):
1. DANA team book a transfer order on ZOHO
2. DANA team email transfer order to factory (Solbritt-warehouse 1) and Schenker (warehouse 2) to transfer of goods into Schenker warehouse
3. Freelancer - each day- to check Schenker (warehouse 2) online platform arrival notice of goods
4. Freelancer identifies SKU whether the same complies with transfer order
5. Freelancer to book transfer order as on receipt note date for those SKUs in ZOHO
6. Freelancer to highlight if there is discrepancy transfer order and goods received into Schenker (warehouse 2)
Sample dispatch from Schenker (warehouse 2):
1. Dana Team to book SO for samples
2. Dana Team to send SO to Schenker (warehouse 2) for dispatch of samples
3. Freelancer- each day- to check Schenker (warehouse 2) online platform dispatch notices with quantities and SKU details
4. Freelancer to book invoice based on the list provided by Schenker online inventory platform
5. Freelancer to highlight if there is discrepancy between SO and goods dispatched from Schenker (warehouse 2)
Release orders: (Solbritt factory finish production and release goods into warehouse stocks in Solbritt factory (warehouse 1))
1. Dana team to provide list of products released each day
2. Freelancer to book each item into available stock in Zoho
3. Freelancer to highlight if there is discrepancy between PO and goods released from by Solbritt factory
Purchase orders:
1. Dana team to book PO in ZOHO
2. Freelancer- to make sure PO is approved and considered as TO BE REICEVED in ZOHO.
Freelancer to make sure all documents go through the process:
1- Issued
2- Approved
3- Confirmed
4- Closed
Freelancer to follow with DANA staff to make sure all above process is done right
Freelancer to provide day report on all updated transactions.
Freelancer to arrange APP to automate some of the tasks
