ARP is a Full-service IT Global agency. We are based out of India and are currently focused on building a solid base of 10 clients from the United Kingdom & US.
We are looking for a co-founder who can own Business Development, Marketing, and Relationship building for all our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Own Go-to-Market Strategy for ARP.
2. Expand ARP by researching and reaching out to USA & UK clients who need Digital Marketing & Developmwnt services.
3. Maintain a solid sales process - For Reaching out and Following up.
4. Partner closely with clients to understand their business, develop a narrative for their brand, and position ARP-specific offerings.
5. Create compelling and easy-to-understand internally facing content including sales training, competitive positioning, FAQs, and datasheets.
6. Set and own growth goals, report on progress and learnings to leadership teams
7. End-to-end ownership of ARP client's Digital Marketing Campaigns & Branding.
8. Discover and Set up New Channels to get clients.
9. Find Viral loops by doing Experimentation to get sales.
10. Manager relationships with ARP's entire clientele.
Requirements:
1. Hardcore Business Development experience of more than 2 year with complete ownership
2. Strong Experience in B2B Sales
3. Experience in maintaining and retaining big-ticket clients.
4. Hands-on experience in setting up Sales and Marketing processes.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. You should be a driven individual who takes initiative and a team player with a highly collaborative approach.
7. Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.
We are in our starting phase. If you're selected, you will get a competitive salary, a good share of Equity, and ownership of the entire Marketing and Business development vertical.
