Description
Experience Level: Expert
I need a researcher and copywriter, starting as soon as possible, to help us collate information for guidebooks about a number of different new residential sites being built by our client.
We are expecting 3-4 days work for each guidebook, and we may have a number of them in the pipeline to create. The budget for each guidebook sits at £750. We have 3 or 4 more to create.
Attached are versions of guide books we've already done.
This is the general page structure and info we'll be including:
1. The vision for the site (can use copy from estate management literature)
2. History of the site and local area
3. The historical, leisure and cultural facilities in the area
4. Things to do (on site or close to site), including:
- Playparks
- Any community facilities such as allotments etc
- Footpaths/cyclepaths
- Eating & drinking
5. Wildlife in the area/ the landscape
6. Schools and further education on site or near site
7. Neighbourhood centre: If there is one, what is there, and links to any existing facilities
8. The community (Info on the site’s Estate Management Company, Residents Working Group, any officers, councillors, social/ community groups operating in the area with contact details)
9. Housebuilders operating on site and contact details.
10. The Managing Agent/ Meet the Team
11. Travel Plan
12. Directory, including but not limited to:
-Property queries
-Public spaces
- Waste
- Council tax
- Community Activities
- Travel
- Covenants
- Working group

Soffi, that is a lot of content for just £750. It's not an expert rate. Any flexibility on the budget please?
-
Do you require the person to design the brochure or simply research and write the required pages?
Soffi J.03 Nov 2021We have an in-house designer we just need help in the research and copywriting.
Many thanksClare F.03 Nov 2021Thank you. Does the seller have to provide the images?
