In the past I have been very disappointed using freelancers as many would make promises to deliver beyond their capability. However, I was very satisfied with the service provided by Echartier on this project. Although the project was posted with vague requirements EChartier was able to help prioritize goals, define timelines, and deliver within agreed time tables.
