As an Estimator I work closely with Project Management team to determine the costs associated with completing the scope of work in a tender. This positions is responsible for completing quantity take-offs, preparing cost estimates, organizing bid bonds, communicating with sub trades to determine the financial needs of completing a project. I specialize in retail fit-out construction. For all general contractors, I can assist you in obtaining at least 5 quotes from each respective sub-trade: Demolition, Carpentry, Interior systems, Finishes, Mechanical, etc.. I work with PlanSwift so I can easily qualify the sub-trades' quote with my own numbers. I aim to find local contractors familiar with the area which in turn reduces substantial costs to the project and allowing you to hand in your tender with a very competitive bid. My advantage: My database access to thousand's of trades in any major US and Canadian city (union or non-union). I do the legwork so you can focus on your business!
