This Freelancer did not deliver a solution based on the agreed specification. Although initial communication was OK, once it became clear that mistakes had been made he was not willing to communicate, frequently missed agreed meetings and ultimately failed completely. A dispute had to be raised to refund milestone payments. Will not be working with this Freelancer again.
