My duties consisted of interacting with customers and contractors on a daily basis to create new and existing drawings for new home construction, additions, shops and cabins, as well as designing site plans from developer maps. Applying for engineer seals and designing plans to suit building codes and requirements. This position was a self-managed role in which my duties required me to be well organized and to maintain a constant workflow of my own to manage income and sustainability.

My responsibilities included receiving the agreement from the sales office to releasing the files to the production manager. Starting and finishing the entire process with creating site plans, applying for architectural approvals and engineer seals, sending out permit applications and applying all requested information from sales onto specific plans at the full request of the purchaser and their desires on strict deadlines.
