Good Day, My name is Shiraz Ahmad and I am looking for opportunities available for remote IT Support. During the 10 years of working in the IT support field the bulk of my work experience has been in the IT project management, support and development industry. I believe that this is an excellent opportunity for me because my long term career goals are to work in a senior IT position with an organization that offer technology opportunities. My previous IT experience has developed my critical, analytical and leadership skills. This work experience has exposed me to a broad range of hardware and software. I am quick at learning new material and am willing to work hard. Working in diverse industries, which include educational institutions, agriculture, architecture and the government sectors has exposed me to many different IT strategies and corporate cultures. My experiences to date includes working with senior executives, third party vendors, regulatory organizations, auditors and junior support staff in both local and branch offices. My project experience includes working on tasks such as requirements gathering, generating business cases, procuring goods and services and implementing solutions both on time and on or under budget.
