WCR is designed and programmed during the Turkcell Kayseri Region Huawei Swap project. It connects to the Optima (Oracle Statistics Database), get data for specified 'Report' items for 2G/3G networks and calculates the worst cells by given KPI/counter thresholds & specified repetative number of days. During the project, every monday the 'worst cell of the last week' are determined and published via this reliable tool.

MML Editor is a free software to create MML commands for Huawei networks easily.

Let's say you will add 100+ neighbors. What you need to do are:

Create an empty Excel document.
Enter source cells into the A column, neighbor cells to the B column.
Select the data (let's say the range is A1:B100) and copy (Ctrl + C).
Go to the MML Editor and paste neighbor data (Ctrl + V or right-click and select Paste from clipboard).
Enter the MML command of adding neighbors to the MML Command area.
Type {0} instead source cell, {1} instead neighbor cell.
If you would like change some parameters, follow the {number} rule and add keys (left panel) as long as you need.
Finally, click the Generate button.
In the MML Output area, right-click, then select Export>Text.
That's it.
