I am a Facebook Group Moderator on Pages that are health related to suit the needs of women and men with specific health relates issues. I can guide people to the appropriate online forums within Facebook or other outside forums due to the extensive knowledge I have of researching. There are so many people that become overwhelmed with researching their own medical issues and that's why I believe it is extremely important for me share my knowledge and research. Life is a balancing act and I have been able to find that balance in my own life and would like to share that with people that are teetering on the edge of trying to master that themselves. When it comes to mental health issues, people don't reach out because there is still such a stigma associated with it. I break down that barrier and reinforce to them how important it is take back control of their lives. Knowledge is powerful and I want people to learn how to find that balance and use it in their everyday lives.
