I’m a qualified Management Accountant (CMA-US) and an MBA in finance with more than a decade of international experience in corporate FP&A and an expert in preparing and presenting business plans, recommendations & MD&A (analytics) to BoD, CxOs, banks (lenders) and investors.
My FP&A and business modelling experience started with Daimler Chrysler in 2004, continued in Oracle and to MACH (Warburg Pincus investment). I was handling FP&A, business modelling and Investor relations at MACH and grown to lead corporate FP&A function by 2010 and continued there till the outright sale($800mn) of business to Syniverse technology (Carlyle Group) and joined Unisys in pricing strategy(Business models-Costing and pricing models) for managing a highly complex, demanding and globally visible projects.
While at Unisys, My previous manager, CFO of fastacash (fintech start up- raised $23 mn uptill series B ) requested my assistance in setting up FP&A, Business modelling and M&A activities.
In summary, I have extensive experience in building up financial models for startups as well as matured businesses which are to be used in fund raise, M&A, IPO and/or exit. All these are from grounds up and finalize with financial statements (Income statement, cash flow and Balance sheet), and different valuation methods, (DCF, Income method (multiples) etc.).
