I am an experienced Customer Support Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry (SaaS) and in retail banking. I have worked with several organizations as a support specialist, chat assistant, VA, and social media manager. In line with my experience and skills have, I take up the role of Personal Assistant occasionally and this is what I refer to as 'Work-Passion' as I love speaking with people through different channels.
