Experienced operations management professional with a demonstrated history working in the education industry and electrical & electronic industry. Skilled with OS and Window operational systems, Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and leadership. Outgoing and optimistic team player with excellent organizational skills. My previous job as a Production Engineer at Pegatron Corp has given me an opportunity to utilize both my organizational skills, management skills and ability to work successfully with a diverse group of people in the community. Also, my current job as a customer service sale representative where I am expected to handle customer and write emails with minimal error and analyze customer data. In order to accomplish these, I reply on excellent grammar punctuation and typing skills. Moreover, I’m quick to reply to customer’s need via emails and telecommunications as well as taking direction from superiors.
