Native Portuguese currently living in Portugal, after 19 years living in London (UK). I have worked 8 years in the hotel industry and 11 years in online marketing (SEO and PPC mainly), in the male and female health industry, in the travel industry and the more generic shopping industry. In the hotel industry, I worked mainly in Concierge, doing things for hotel guests, like booking taxis, theatre shows, sporting events, tours, restaurant tables, etc. With online marketing, for 4 years I was a website manager for the Portuguese market (actually managing 4 websites), doing articles translation, customer service (phone, e-mail and chat service), SEO and some PPC. The following 6 years I was a PPC Executive, focusing only on PPC, for a travel agency in London. Some of my tasks included the creation of ad campaigns, ad groups and the ads themselves, reporting and budget management. I also did Paid Search for an international company in London on a 6 months contract, split between London and Portugal. In this job I also had the freedom to create ad campaigns, ad groups and the ads, while also being in charge of the bidding (mostly done automatically). I love writing and communicating with people, so if you need any help with copywriting, article writing, product writing, translation (Portuguese to English and/or English to Portuguese) of websites and other generic texts or if you need a voice for your audio project, please have me in your consideration.
