The writer is very unreliable. Her communication skills her lacking and her writing has grammatical errors as well as plagiarism issues. She also failed to adhere to stipulated instructions. Also, sticking to a deadline is a problem for her and the excuse she is most likely to give us that she had power problems. Although I have no issue with this, a fair warning regarding power issues preventing her from submitting the tasks on time would have been better than no communication at all.
