In my prior work experiences, I have surprised my managers with my ability to show initiative, take ownership of big projects, and get them done. For example, I built a full electric vehicle simulation in CarSim (a vehicle dynamics package which at that time did not support electric drivetrains) in just 3 weeks, a task that was expected to take months! I have a bachelors of science in mechanical engineering from UW - Madison and am currently studying for a Masters at University of Waterloo, specializing in autonomous vehicles. Aside from cars and robots, I also love to ski!
