I specialise in writing about human rights, immigration, learning disabilities, zero waste, veganism, van life, property, and Portugal. I also write case studies, biographies, and person profiles.
I've been writing professionally since 2007. My big break was this article for the Metro about trying to live for a whole month without waste https://metro.co.uk/2008/03/03/a-month-without-waste-17644/.
Since then I've written features, interviews, blog posts, reviews, telephone scripts, case studies, marketing copy, funding proposals, newsletters, emails, reports, micro stories and poetry. I have edited and proofread extensively, as well as coaching others to write high yielding copy.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Cultural Studies and Media and a LLM in Human Rights. I've worked with several large and well known UK charities and can provide fundraising and marketing support.
I provide research support, which I offer as a standalone project or combined with a writing service. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
I'm driven by bringing stories to life and helping my clients to effectively communicate their message. I pride myself on creating original copy which is accurate, engaging and powerful.
I will work to your brief and within an agreed time frame, and maintain regular communication throughout.
