I am a BS Information Technology student at the University of the East – Caloocan. I am writing to express my sincere desire to apply for the position in the belief that my qualifications will be constructive in handling the job and that my potentials will be fully developed within a leading professional environment. I had my previous employment at Transcom as a Customer Support Representative for six months and as a Technical Support Representative in Samsung Australia for 1 year. My responsibilities included email and chat support, providing inbound and outbound calls, and documentation of transactions and results. The training enhanced my ability to adapt easily, be rational in analyzing situations and identifying solutions. Also, as a scholar in the whole duration of my college studies, I have learned to be resourceful, committed in completing the job, and accepting only quality results. I am a communicator by heart and an enthusiastic learner.
