Independently established an excel tracking system for billing information preventing back billing by 79% and over utilization of services by 94% for agency state-wide as well as increasing department billing by 149%. Developed and ensured the implementation of Individual Support Plans for clients including protocols, Plan of Care accuracy and individual programs to ensure services provided met billing definitions preventing Medicaid Fraud.   Conducted documentation reviews, to include Incident Reports, daily contact notes, and programming tracking records eliminating Medicaid Fraud and increasing quality of employee documentation, as well as ability to research solutions to issues that arose with during the audits. Maintained communication between agency and Community Center Board ensuring correct services were available for each individual.   Motivated to work from my home office, and a fast learner.
