My goal is provide quality editing feedback based on my years of experience, turned over in a timely fashion and for an affordable price.
I began working as a college writing department consultant 5 years ago, before I was promoted to the role of designing a college-wide writing program to implement writing across the curriculum (WAC). Since then I have worked as a freelance editor with a specialization in academic writing and theology, thesis and dissertation editing, and publishing. I possess a robust set of skills which has allowed me to take several writing and research projects from imagination to implementation, including website html programming, annotated bibliography compilation, and interviewing and research skills.
My own research has been published in numerous professional peer-reviewed journals in the area of biblical studies. I have also published numerous book reviews on both English and German volumes. My recent projects have included dissertation editing, resume and curriculum vitae writing, book editing, editing for non-native English speakers, and critical precis writing. I have an excellent eye for details on various levels, and have been praised for the comprehensive nature of my copy editing and research suggestions.
Work Terms
I work for $10/ hour which is an excellent deal for an editor of my experience and quality. While I specialize in academic writing and theology, I am open to editing any type of written work and have experience editing creative fiction.
