I am in Insurance Industry for 10 years, I started as a front desk officer, an in-house call center representative and a benefit processor as my last job post. During my tenure I have earned my title as Associate in Customer Service (ACS) and Associate on Life Management Institute (ALMI) from one of the largest trade associations in the U.S. insurance industry, Life Office Management Association (LOMA). I have an strong Customer service orientation, build from my experience as policy service associate. I am a very well organized individual developed not only by my work experience but also from my newbie role as a mother of a six month old baby girl. I am very self-directed and figure things out whenever possible, i want a long term, stable job where i can help build my client business while providing the opportunity for my career growth and future advancement
