The project objective was to increase phone calls, online bookings or requests for appointments from the client's website. A suggestion was provided to include the contact phone number at the top of the site in a prominent position and also to include a button or two in order to attract more conversions on the site. Attached is a screenshot displaying the alterations made to the website to improve and enhance website conversions. The client has reported a consistent and noticeable improvement in both phone calls, emails and also direct booking requests via the buttons on the site. Tracking was also implemented via Google Analytics in order to provide the supporting information and record the sources of conversions and all the other important insights and data available through Google Analytics.
