I recently graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, and I'm currently putting my engineering toolkit to good use by developing a computer vision framework to aid in cancer research. I started out in particle physics research, working on data analytics, software development and hardware testing. I decided to pursue embedded device development as it allowed me to do what I loved: build my own smart devices. My most recent projects include developing a gesture recognition wearable, and a driver-alertness detection system for vehicles. I have a proven track record in finding creative solutions to challenging problems, and I love to build things with a purpose.
