My experience for 15 years vary from Production Planning to Order Management and Inventory and Delivery Management. My job also cater customer service via phone & email. I also handled new business and new model launching for Honda. I was able to visit Thailand, Indonesia and China to attend some training and kick-off meeting for new model launching of Honda. In my recent job i handled the biggest and most profitable account in our company wherein I created a parts masterfile for around 100+parts and monitor customer PO, PO issued to maker, Receiving of parts and arrangement of shipment to our Export Customer from Asia, Brazil and US until monitoring of Accounts Receivable just using excel formula and pivot in generating all needed reports like PO history, PO Balance both for Customer & supplier, Sales & GP, and other reports needed by our management.
