For 8 years I’m working as a virtual assistant, and exposed to different kind of task, and exposed to different platforms, such as Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheet, Many Chat, Active Campaign, Facebook, Mail Chimp, Canva and Ipiccy. For the past years I enhanced my skills to drive sales and traffic thru social media marketing, by creating advertisements, and timely update of websites and Facebook page, I was also assigned to monitor inventory, for lost and defective items and create escalation to manufacturer to ensure accurate supply for the upcoming months (monthly/quarterly). One of my task is to ensure customer satisfaction thru chat, email and comment section, and handle dissatisfaction and such request as disputes, refund and replacements thru fair decision making between the company and customer. Website management is one of my key responsibilities, by creating project for website improvement such as registration and contact form submission, audit of links, and managing advertising campaigns.
