Hello. I am Serra and I am from Izmir, Turkey.

I was graduated from Bilkent University and studied in Tourism and Hotel Management in Ankara. Right after the graduation, my professional life has started by working for Hilton Hotel in Ankara at Human Resources Department as HR and Training Coordinator.

The Same year, I started to work in an opening hotel; Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts as Training Manager. After working there for two years I have participated the Starwood Hotels & Resorts family by opening its two hotels in Turkey; Samsun and Istanbul Atasehir. My last position was Training & Quality Manager at Sheraton Grand Istanbul Atasehir.

All these hotels brands have something in common. Their systems, documents, procedures, standards and everything else for the job are not supported in Turkish. My main responsibility is to hold training and ensure the quality of these brands. However, I have to translate every document into Turkish to perform my job, teach others, provide quality and consistent service of the brand standards.

Right after my marriage, I should move to a town in Izmir, and now looking for a freelance job projects.
