With over 20 years experience in the publishing sector, I have become an expert magazine and book layout artist and designer. I also design brochures, leaflets etc and lay out advertisements including double-page-spreads (a few of which can be seen in my portfolio). I am very hard-working and conscientious and in my previous full-time employment (of 16 and a half years) I laid out an 82-page monthly magazine every month, plus a 60-page bi-monthly magazine every 2 months, including complete re-designs when necessary. During my time in this employment I also designed and laid out 26 books. So I am used to working within deadlines. As a freelancer I work from home which means that I can work at any time of the day needed to meet deadlines.
