Elicitation of requirements - Why do you need the new feature? What will it be for? What will happen if we don't implement it? - I ask probing questions to elicit user needs, and turn them into requirements. 2. SR Doc (service request document) - I will provide artifacts that will guide the work of the developers, and designers. This will serve as their reference and a basis on which their code and design will be based. 3. UX design improvements suggestion - I don't suggest arbitrarily. I avoid my own biases when it comes to design. What I do is talk to your customers, or users, ask them probing questions, come up with a suggestion, and get their feedback. Interview -- Suggestion -- feedback -- iterate. 4. Wireframes - right now I can't provide Photoshop files. But these files are usually made by User Interface(UI) designers who are better at color palettes and hues. We can talk more about this. 5.
