Write an iPad application with Unity3D

This is the first time to see this kind of bad developer. delivered poor app with tons of bug and not replied for over 5 days. Project was taken into ruin and then project is uncompleted. He is enjoying wedding and playing than working without keeping timeline. When I check the source code, it was very messy and poor. Should not work with him if everybody want to success.
