Ed delivered a product which met all of the requirements to my satisfaction. He provided a quote after careful examination of the requirements and after taking the time to elucidate each requirement; he has never, not once, attempted to refuse delivery of a requirement, even if it turned out to be more work than he expected. Ed has demonstrated great willingness to do a good job, great flexibility, and the willingness to do the research needed to deliver what is expected. The application he has delivered is an undeniable quantum improvement on the earlier version: it is fast, it is solid, it is reliable. Ed has also demonstrated the willingness and ability to conform to the work style I prefer.
