With over a year of experience in Sales Telemarketing and I can proudly say that I have an excellent skills when it comes to sales. But not just that, I can also do appointment setting, and Customer support. I am currently taking a bachelor degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management. I have an experience working in Hospitality Industry and because of that, I learn how to talk to several kinds of people, controlling the emotions and the situation. I think that experience just helped me to develop my communication skills, and I believe if I can handle and communicate well face to face with the customers, I can also handle this on phone to phone situation.
