## BIO I'm a software developer with 10 years development experience across a number of platforms. My main experience has been gained in a retail environment, developing an ASP front-end, a VB6 data access tier, and an SQL Server 7 back-end, utlilising such features as stored procedures, views and user-defined functions. I can also advise on such matters as SQL Server optimization, including the creation and maintenance of indexes. More recently my experience has been moved on to VB.NET. Here I have developed both GUI applications, as well as writing business l ogic units, which have often been exposed via web services. In both of these cases, the database back-end in whcih I have most experience are the various releases of SQL Server.
