Business Process Improvement Expert

From a functional perspective, I have led improvements in order entry, customer care contact avenues, costing & absorption, improved stock tables for COGS reduction, logistics utilization, in addition to logistics safety where the team patented a Pallet Device to improve customer delivery. I have redesigned parts for material cost reductions targeting market share, in-sourced components, launched new products physically in addition to the system work with the item master, BoM's, and routers.
