I am an experienced helpdesk support engineer and has been promoted to a Supevisory role. I have tried working in a BPO environment already, with voice and non voice support. After that I also worked in an IT office for an international thread manufacturing brand, Coats. That has been for 5 years. I specialize in general admin tasks, data transcription (80wpm) and entry, Microsoft Office 365 and even Lotus Notes. I also know a little about SAP administration and security.
