With 40 years experience in residential and commercial construction. I can create material take-offs, for most all trades using PlanSwift to measure.
I use PlanSwift for measurements and export the information to my Excel Estimate form or to yours.
I use the internet and " Walkers Building Estimator Reference Book" to create wage rates for labor for your particular area. I am typically very competitive giving the correct wage information.
I started my construction career as an architectural draftsman from 1980 to 1999 and in the field throughout the 90's. I know how to read blueprints. In 1999 I moved my family to Paso Robles, CA where I have been estimating for a framing and finish carpentry contractor, a civil engineering firm,
a few concrete companies, a drywall company and a structural steel.
I started freelancing in 2018 and went full time 2022.
