Experienced the use of ICT support and the packages taught heavily used within work experience are based on remote access, troubleshoot fixes, password resets, telephone communication and technical knowledge on how most software packages perform. I know the general use of all Microsoft packages from Word, outlook to Visual Basic C+ and throughout the timescale of studies. Learning these provided operating systems such as 98, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8.1 and 10 has made me competent with the support tools & applications gathered on a system. Hardware side of computing, have equipped me with strong knowledge in component parts from building from scratch, to configuring issues through the bios.
My self experience is gathered with marketing expertise and security, giving me and the my consumers the right maintenance.
