This board will have 3 external inputs for switches. Each switch will be a keyboard HID code (for example F13, F14, F15). I have also added a rotary encoder. This will be used as a volume control to adjust windows volume up or down. Automatic solar cell evaluation system that autonomously characterizes the essential parameters of a solar cell such as I-V curves, open circuit voltage, short circuit current, maximum power, shunt resistance, series resistance etc. Unlike most of the commercial characterization-system, the light source used is a matrix of 100 high intensity LEDs. This light source provide the required light that match the solar intensity without generating the heat that changes the characteristics of solar cell under evaluation. In addition, it eliminates the need for the heavy and expensive optical parts usually used with other types of light sources. The system depends upon a new technique for getting I-V characteristics that is called “Capacitor Charge Method”. The technique avoids the need for the complex and expensive electronics that usually used to get the I-V carves such as the Source-Measurement Units. The overall system is portable (less than 4 KG) and cost less than (500 $)

Khaled did a good job. Doubtless Khaled will be disappointed that he did not receive all 5-star feedback for this project. I realize that many clients provide all 5-star feedback to freelancers unless they are very dissatisfied. Please do not look at the lack of 5 star rating as any sort of harsh criticism of Khaled but rather my honest feedback. I paid another engineer to review Khaled's submission. The other engineer indicated several points about Khaled's submission. The one point I am willing to share is, "Reasonable design proposal." Like I indicated at the beginning, Khaled did a good job. Will I work with Khaled again? Probably not. I am looking to work with engineers whose submissions we (another engineer and I) judge to be at least “very good.” In other words, “good” is not good enough for me.
