Manage Our Small Business Remotely - Perfect for Entrepreneurial type

Scott seems like he could be a good freelancer. At the moment of this project, it seems he has alot on the go and unfortanely has requested to stop the project and we have to hire someone else. He is a nice guy but Ideally he should have suggested sooner that he would not be continuing this project as we need someone to complete this in a timely manner and now we are behind a few weeks. Although not a great experience this time, Scott is a nice guy and we wish him the best in his travelling!
