I'm currently working as a Health Care Associate for a US health insurance account for years. My task is to provide assistance over the phone to doctors/nurses/other health care professionals in creating authorization/precertification request before a procedure/test is done to a patient. Aside from that, I've also dealt with patient's benefits and claims. In addition to that, I can also assist in email response and data entry works. I previously worked as a CSR for a US Radio Satellite account and Financial account.
