I don't often get stuck and when I do I've previously not been able to find somebody who has the technical ability to help me. Not only did he help me through it he thought the problem was fun and interesting. I got the feeling he looked forward to resolving it as much as I did. I couldn't have done it without him, next issue I come across that has me stumped for days I'll see if he can take a look for me.
