I am a junoir in college majoring in Computer Science. I am excited to start putting my skills to the test in any way possible. I have had two summer internships both focused on web development specifically with AngularJS. I am familiar with Agile practices, TDD, and BDD. Outside of work, I do a lot of personal development in web-based languages, but have also touched on C++, Java, LabVIEW, Python, and other uses of JavaScript such as NodeJS.

Though I no longer have the source code, these images are the result of a basic ray tracer I built in Java. The top-left image is the first of few results, simply displaying color-based collision tests. The top-right image indicates the beginning of lighting with distance-based brightness implemented. The final two images show the use of in-environment lighting from a single source onto the three spheres and a plane. It was possible to move around in the ray tracer with about 15 FPS.

May 2015 - Present

Developed an internal quizzing application to promote community knowledge and involvement. Used AngularJS for the front end and a Node JS server with a MySQL database for the back end. Team of 7 interns with 1 tech lead, 1 vision owner, and several stakeholders. Used Agile Principles as well as Test Driven Development throughout the summer.

Twin Oaks Christian School, Westminster Christian Academy

Expanded my summer camp to include another school. Taught a total of 20 students using both Scratch by MIT and web development through Sublime Text, JSFiddle, and other technologies.

Twin Oaks Christian School

Taught a programming camp to 9 students from the school for a week. The program was set up, designed, and executed by me and was very successful overall. I plan to repeat and expand this camp next year.
