Running a web hosting service for the sole purpose of offering a secure place to host websites. - Setup + Configuration of Dedicated Servers, VPS Servers - Securing system settings, Mail Server, Firewalls etc - Installation/Management of Software (WHMCS, TCADMIN, cPanel/WHM etc - Data Handling of Customer Information - Ticket/Support - Answering all questions customers may have There are many duties I deal with but the above is a small list of tasks.
