I have 10 years of experience working in Controls Engineering roles, I have work in the creation of custom automation equipment for manufacturing industry. I can design electrical control panels and systems from scratch. From selecting reliable components and the creation of the Bill of Materials to the electrical design schematics and programming/debugging the machine. I have experience designing electrical schematics in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (I have my own license for AutoCAD). My programming PLC training and experience is but not limited to Omron, Alen Bradley Compact and ControlLogix, IDEC, Siemens PLC and Automation Direct Productivity 3000. I have worked with a wide range of sensors from lead industry manufacturers like keyence, Baluff and certified in COGNEX vision systems. I have Robotics programming certification training and experience working with EPSON SCARA robots for packaging/palletizing and a variety of robotic actuators like IAI servos and Schneider Stepper motors. I have worked with power distribution up to 13.8KV and work with particle accelerator controls for Klystrons and Vacuume tubes. I am familiar with data aquisition techniques that uses CPI systems.
