Identifying quantitative imaging features of posterior fossa syndrome in longitudinal MRI

Journal of Medical Imaging, SPIE
Analysing link between HOD in the ION and PFS, as seen on longitudinal brain MRI, following tumour resection surgery in the posterior fossa. The analysis made use of machine learning techniques (feature selection techniques and SVM classification) to identify the most relevant imaging feature that links PFS to HOD. Using this technique, hypertrophy within the left ION was found to be the most diagnostically relevant feature that correlates with PFS.

The role of early ioMRI in partial resection of OPHGs in children

Journal of Child's Nervous System
Validating the use of ioMRI for the resection of optic pathway/hypothalamic gliomas in children, using a semi-automated region-growing segmentation technique.

POP CMS and its association with HOD

QiMS
Analysis of the link between hypertrophy in the inferior olivary nucleii and post-operative cerebellar mutism syndrome, as seen on longitudinal post-operative paediatric brain MRI, following tumour resection surgery in the posterior fossa. The analysis made use of clinical features as well as imaging features obtained from the longitudinal MR imaging dataset.
