Project 548564 has been deleted

After a we got the ball rolling and seems like we were making progress the project ended abruptly with a loss of communication. After several attempts to reconnect the freelancer never tried to reconnect. I tried getting GAF involved but they were unable get him to complete the project. It seemed like it was going to work out at first. But then again it was a gamble being he had no comments/remarks or projects completed on his profile. To his defense his fiancee was expecting so he was distracted but still this is quite unprofessional.
