• Involve in business analysis of requirements • Lead teams for application projects (new apps, major releases, etc.) and application operating efforts. • Provide management of and mentoring to junior members, including performance review • Involve in budget planning (salary increase) and employee promotions and performance appraisals • Report teams status and metrics to upper management • Pro-actively assess and manage issues and risks for their application(s). • Plan and manage technology work plans, tasks, and project deliverables • Report to and work closely with Business Apps project or product lead to ensure that technical tasks and activities are aligned with the overall project work plan. • Create and document testing deliverables, making sure that they are 100% coverage and executed properly • Report, isolate and track bugs that have been found during testing
